Following Drums, this my favorite bass tunes in a song, in no particular order (unless said)

The bass is an essential part of a song, it creates a fullness, it completes the song some way. Not always heard, but have in mind that the bass is there, and it is amazing.

--White N***** by The Avengers/a punk rock band that are amazingly good, the bass is noticeable, and the sound is great.
--The WORLD by Nightmare/if bass lines were beautiful girls this would be a goddess. Its an amazing bass riff, that drives the great song. I have nothing else to say, they're a Japanese band that are imaginative musicians, creators of great music.
--Taxman by The Beatles/here we go, the first Beatles bass riff on the list! Just a catchy and noticeable bass riff, thats all.
--Take the Power Back by Rage Against the Machine/I love it, that is there is to, it sound good, and pleasant to hear with headphones that have a rich bass sound, or in a system with great bass sound too.
--Sun King by The Beatles/another Beatles bass, a very short song that carries a great bass line, a killer one I might add. The bass is almost as good as the guitar riff.
--Something by The Beatles/Harrison's song, a masterpiece no doubt. McCartney did a good job, making the song even better.
--Sliver by Nirvana/I had to include it in here, I really like the sound of Krist's bass, and its a good song too.
--Revolution by The Beatles/I like the sound of it, its a traditional McCartney bass line, and I love it! NOTEThis is the harder sounding version, not the acoustic version.
--Raison D'etre by Round Table/I heard this killer bass while I was watching "Chobits" it an anime, and it was the 1st ending. I liked the intro, and the rest was great too.
--Rain by The Beatles/A signature McCartney bass line, and one of his best. It sounds good, and has a strong part in the song.
--Public Image by Public Image Limited/Johnny Rotten's band after leaving the Sex Pistols. It was a complete different thing from the Sex Pistols. Jah Wobble is a great bassist, and this proves it totally.
--Poptones by Public Image Limited/two songs in a row! Popotones has a KILLER bass riff! Its one of my favorites, best part the song is long. Its a slow and psychotic-like bass line.
--Penny Lane by The Beatles/another Beatles tune, one of their best too. I like how the bass goes from high in the bass to low in the bass, a very imaginative McCartney tune.
--Lounge Act by Nirvana/best Nirvana bass line, period, a classic bass riff, what more needs to be said, it sounds good.
--Lost My Music by Aya Hirano/For those fans of "The Melancholy of Hahuri Suzumiya" you know who she is. Its a nice sounding bass line, starts slow and picks up, just a good sounding riff.
--Longview by Green Day/It sounds good, the intro is great, and its just a good bass line.
--Helter Skelter by The Beatles/hands down one of my favorite bass riffs to play. Its energetic and sounds amazing. Its a bit of a change for McCartney's style at that time, but it showed he could play other styles as well.
--Haruka Kanata by Asian Kung-Fu Generation/Coming in with a killer bass line, thats what this song is all about.
--Guns of Brixton by The Clash/a very noticeable bass riff in music, it sounds great, this is the first Clash song!
--God only Knows by The Beach Boys/calm, relaxed, peaceful, thats all that this song is. The bass line is awesome, gotta love this song!
--Glory Box by Portishead/ Portishead has so many good songs, but the bass line on this song is their best!
--Daybreak's Bell by L'Arc~En~Ciel/bass lines should be this good, its a song that has a very powerful bass line, unforgettable!
--Come Together by The Beatles/a simple bass riff that sounds completely amazing! One of McCartney's signature bass riff.
--Careering by Public Image Limited/ Jah Wobble is a beast! This is a helluva good bass line!
--Calm Like a Bomb by Rage Against the Machine/Feel the Funk Blast! This is a masterful bass solo!Wacha say wacha say whacha say what!
--Bullet in the Head by Rage Against the Machine/This time the bass line cold-rocked ya! Another great bass riff, and it only gets better into the song! And motherfucker lost their mind!
--Alumina by Nightmare/ this bass riff is good, and it plays a big part in making the song sound good.
That's all, if I missed any sorry, but thats all I have today.
